TOPS Viper Scout makeover

My brother and I both have a TOPS Viper Scout each. He does not like the coating on the knife. So he decided to modify his. He removed the coating and sanded the blade. He then cold blued the
blade. He wanted a patina look to it so he kept it to a light finish. He then took the white handle scales and dyed them blue with Rit dye. I think it came out pretty good. I might have to do the
same thing.
Both our knives. Mine in original finish top, and his after mod on bottom.
