I wish you a nice, warm welcome. I think Don's offerings and CRK folders compliment each other very well. There aren't any 'bad' choices so just focus on what you like. I will be keeping an eye out for you and any new companions you may find for your lights.

I carry a couple Surefires every day (one in pocket, one in truck).

I looked into a fancy custom recently and it was nice, but just didn't hold enough advantages over my Fury...it's just a great light that is very affordable. The backup is great too, but a little less output...I keep it in the truck for emergencies.
