Anyone know much about them or have any experience with them (Tormach Benchtop CNC's, otherwise known as personal CNC).

I'm looking to get one or 2 of them to do handles, liners and mill pocket inlays etc... into Ti. Are they capable of that...?

I know they're supposed to be solid, but I'd like to hear from people who have used them or seen them in action....

I'm looking for something affordable but good, and I don't need a massive CNC. Any other recommendations are welcome as well.

Thanks for the input guys,

Mark T.

I have one. I use it for small 4th axis work, but I think it should work fine for cutting titanium. It has a dual contact R8 collet system, which is pretty accurate and stiff. The Mach 3 control is fairly powerful. For the price, it's hard to beat.
