Tormek grinder and sharpening

OK, a lot of people have expressed opinions on sharpening. Anyone use the Tormek grinder? I don't have one, but I saw it in action and it seemed both idiot proof and amazingly capable.

Also, does anybody have an idea on how to buy them at less than list price?
