I think that you'll find quite a few people using wheels will also have the Harbor Freight belt sander. (1"X30") Using the unsupported (off the platen) portion of the belt does produce convex edges and is a very cost effective addition to your sharpening equipment at about $40. There is a wide assortment of grinding and polishing belts available to make the HF a versatile addition to your sharpening system. Thanks.......
