When I first read the thread title, I was like Why....??? But I see your point. I have never actually stripped any screws, but have torqued them enough that they lose that perfect hex shape and look more star shaped. NO screws strip as easy as Hinderer's, ( and before anyone starts whining, I have owned 18 xm's in my day and changing a scale one time, since you have to adjust the blade centering by tightening down the scale, your almost always in for stared looking screws ). CRK's used to strip mar more easily than they do now. I know they have since went to making their own now I believe, so this issue has pretty much disappeared.
I personally just snug them up and go. I have never had a CRK screw loosen. I have bougt used sebenzas where the owner put loctite on the screws, talk about a fun evening that was.....lol.
