This is a good all-around EDC blade that I call the "Torrent". I think that you will find that this knife has the potential to fill a lot of different roles. The blade is sort of a combination of a sheepsfoot and a wharncliffe; two great user blade styles. The blade is 2.75", so it's legal almost anywhere. The grinds are very nice on this one.

I hollow ground this particular knife using a 4" contact wheel. This allows for a thin edge that excells at cutting, while still being durable enough for EDC. I think that you will be very pleased with the edge geometry on these. The knife is extremely light, and lends itself to just about any method of carry. This knife would make a good alternative to carrying a folder.

Those are not scratches on the blade, I just kept getting weird reflections off the trees in the front yard!

Thanks! I try to give people a good value for their money.

I've updated the pictures of the knife in the original post, as the light was far more cooperative this afternoon. Thanks!

Jonathan - another beaut! Great lines and I really dig the way you "lowered" the rear portion of the jimping behind the scales. Class act.

Someone emailed me earlier asking if the lanyard could be removed without cutting it off. Yes, it can be removed without damaging it! Thanks!

Someone aske for more detailed "in hand" pictures. No problem.
