.... well imitation that is. My first time working with celluloid for handles.

Splitback whittler, 3 3/8 inches closed. ATS-34 Blades and springs. Inlaid oval escutcheon, stainless steel liners, bolsters and pins. Wharncliff main blade with pen and coping blades.

Thought for a minute that maybe I was going to get to see the real stuff. You don't get to see tortoise shell very often, with it being illegal and all. The real McKoy is beautiful stuff. So is this knife. I love wharncliffe whittlers. This one has some excellent grinds and a classic shape. It looks to have excellent fit and is beautifully finished.
