Nice looking setup.
How big is that knife. Blade looks to be no more than 2" using the eyelets and paracord as a reference.
Are you using magnets to aid in holding the knife in. When I tried that even with a couple of magnets, I deemed the sheath unsafe after is started to loosen up and the knife fell out a couple of times, but the knife was fairly heavy and I was carrying it quite a bit I made one up from kydex but the leather one looked a lot nicer. Is than lanyard adjustable in length?

Greg, good eye, the blade is 2-1/8"...I am using a magnet taken from the innards of a discarded hard-drive.
The magnets found in them are very strong, about the size of a quarter, and about the same thickness.
This blade will not fall out. It takes more pull to dislodge it from this magnet, than it would take if the welt had good built-in retentions feature.
The lanyard is not adjustable...it's there to help in extracting the knife from the sheath, so there's plenty lanyard there.
