A friend of mine recently showed me his Kershaw Leek. I really liked the way it felt, and the blade seemed pretty nice (I believe it's 440A though).
After looking on their website, I saw the Leek models, and happened to come across Kershaw's K.O. Spec Bump with the Speed Assist that I especially liked after seeing it on my friend's Leek.
So here's the tough one... between the Kershaw K.O. Spce Bump (all black, which is great anyways) and the Kershaw/Spyderco "Spyker" model. The reason for being a tough decision is that both knives seems great and I love the blade bump design of each.
I am torn between them though because the Spec Bump uses the CPM 154, and with the Spyker you get S30V blade steel. BUT!! You get the speed assist, and and all-black color with the Spec Bump...
How much difference is there between the two metals? Is the S30V a huge difference?
Thanks...
