I'm in the market for a tough leather wallet. Preferably as small as possible, bifold, black, and rugged. The catch is, it needs to have a hole/grommet so i can attach my cool, thuggish chain.
Don Gray at Gray knives makes leather wallets, and even has a trifold "Biker-style" wallet that I think would work for you. I don't have the link at the moment, but he can easily be googled.
I would consider mine tough. It's nothing special just a Bill Bass leather wallet from Hechts. I bought mine in '95 when I started college and still looks almost new. No damage, wear, or fading what so ever. I've only conditioned it maybe a dozen times in all these years. Served me well while other people have went through three and four wallets
Vadim Grynko (goes by Vess on the forums) does solid leatherwork. Got dad a custom wallet last year and it's starting to soften up finally. Dad usually gets a year on a wallet... between the thickness, saddle stitch, and Vadim's warrenty he'll get a few decades out of this one.
