Wrapp bunny in foil or if in the bush coat in clay. Insert herbs onions and a bit of water. Don't hunt or cook bunnies if they live near humans, they love **** and taste the same.
GOD NO!! I hate liver of any kind, fixed in any way.:barf:
Incidentally, if you don't like the taste of liver, don't ever eat Kangaroo tail soup if offered it.
It's like liver gravy(thick) with chunks of liver in it.:barf::barf:
I've heard also, that Kangaroo meat in general tastes like liver.
Kangaroo can be Ok if it's cooked right. Generally speaking it's best in very thin slices done on the BBQ. It doesn't appeal to me personally but i know people who like it. If not prepared well it can come out very tough. Can make a reasonable jerky.
I think the best thing to do with roo meat is throw it in a 44 gallon drum with plenty of water, boil it over a fire for a couple of hours then feed it to the dogs.
Reminds me of an old recipe for cooking a cockatoo.
You get a large pot and half fill it with water. Throw in a medium sized rock, some sliced up vegetables and a dressed cockatoo. Boil for 5 hours, throw out the cockatoo and eat the rock.
