Toughest Steel-S7 or 5160

5160 is one of my favourites for all around use and S7 for big choppers.
There is no 5160 on this graph but O1 and A2 are similar.

You can see why S7 is so popular for hard use knives.
I want a knife with 10V with S7 on either side like Spyderco does for their 420/ZDP knives but the trick would be finding a heat treat that worked for both steels.

how does Phil Hartsfield get his A2 blades to hold an edge like Busse's INFI. Based on the crucible chart, it doesn't even hold an edge as well as D2, 440C or ATS34/154CM
