tracks and snow (pic heavy)

Went out for a little suburban wood lot hike in the snow on weds Out east of me. came across some things:

Rabbit track next to my brothers mora

Many rabbit tracks converging (great place to set a snare)

viewed from a slightly diff angle:

Brush mark from a bird taking flight (note the wing mark next to the tracks)

nothing awesome but I just thought it was a perfect example of a prime location to set a trap.

Very nice, I've been looking for rabbit tracks around the woods near where I live and I haven't spotted a single one this year, last year they were out in force... weird.

I find fox and rabbit populations seem to go in alternating cycles... One year they'll be rabbits everywhere and few foxes the next year they'll be foxes everywhere and few rabbits.. Funny how that all works out.

I see at least 4 excellent snare locations!

THere are a few runs in the pic the one I'm focused on however seems to be the most used.
