I am sure many of you experienced the website shutdown problem a week or so ago - it shut down alot of guys including Tracy. Once he was up and running, he offered 10% off, and I ordered some stuff I'd been meaning to get. Tracy packed it and shipped it SAME DAY (last Sat).

It was sent Priority USPS, but apparently it took the scenic route, because it hadn't come by yesterday. I emailed Tracy, just to let him know what was up. He emailed me back almost immediately, and told me he'd ship another order right away! Now, remember, he was down for quite a few days and is probably still playing catch-up from that. I really appreciated his offer, which was totally unexpected, since I was just checking and didn't need that stuff "urgently". I said I'd wait a bit to see if it would show, and as luck would have it, when I came home from the NYCK Show today....there it was!

Tracy's customer service and communication is pretty much un-paralleled if you ask me..especially when you consider I had never ordered anything from him before, and that this was a pretty modest order. You can be sure I'll order from him again!!
