Same here, thanked him for his service got an email back thanking me for thanking him. A+ guy!!!!
 
Gentlemen, I owe you all.
I just showed my staff, Lora, my lovely wife all of these and she was very pleased. She does most of the packing and shipping now and I work on cutting stuff up, the books, finding new suppliers, re-orders and general chaos. My 15yr old son Connor is also on the payroll for 2 hours every Saturday and Sunday afternoon. He has cut more micarta that most at this point. My daugher is a freshman in college and I just told her she would be working a little this summer when she is back home helping my wife get a day off now and then. It's truly a family affair and has been quite a learning process. Just when you think you've made all the mistakes you can at a business start up, a couple more come along and reset reality.
