Trade Custom Chopper for decent Camera
As you can probably tell from the pics there is a need for a better digital Camera... Just can't get er Done with my point n shoot.
Just finished Hot off the bench

OAL is a tad over 12"
Made with 3/16" 1095 that was clay Coated and edge quenched. You can see the Hamon if you look close at the blade pic.
Hollow grind done using a 36" radius Platen that gives it a shallow hollow grind, like the old days. This retains more strength and allows for many years of service and sharpening. Etched finish with Walnut burl scales and SS pins.
Good balance at 14oz not to heavy for all day carry.
