I wonder if you have any other Kershaw or CRKT pocket knives to trade? I have a NIB and never used Knives of Alaska Extreme model One with Kydex sheath, the knife is in D2 tool steel and has probably the best heat treat you will find. The knife also has the black Emralon anti rust and corrosion coating. Please let me know if you are interested and we can work something out.
