OK, today I took the measurements for the BK 14 and did some comparison to my Izula and found out the differences between them were more enough than what I had hoped for. The big hole for the Izula is 0.735" diameter and the BK 14 is 0.685" diameter. When the Izula sheathed the scales were closer to the edge and if I use the Izula scales for the BK 14 the edge to the sheath from the scales would be farther. Pics below...
Beside that there were many other mismatched areas that I did not see until I was able to snap the modified scales on, after trimming down the "island". So, as I expected, a new scales needed to be made to my standard.
This was my first try... The top scale is the Izula scale, the bottom one is the new one for BK 14
As you can see, there's some area needed to dial in. It's OK so far but nothing's good yet. And after I finished dial in for this side I'd have to make new tooling for the other side. That will take me about two weeks or more depend on if I can dedicate a machine for it. So, I'll try to keep you posted but be patience with me please. Good night folks. Cheers!

I used to have a source that I sent for anodizing but it was in California. Seems like no one offering that service here in NV or is it prohibit to anodize in NV? Yes, I've thought doing that but do not wish to send out of state. Does any one know about anodizing?
I'll check that out when the new scale is done. So far the BK hole diameter is smaller than the Izula that's all I can tell for now.
It's OK Flexxx, sometime thing is lost in transit. Sucks when it happens. Don't worry much, I'll take care you anyway. Thanks for sending the knife when I needed to. That's all it counts. Cheers!:grumpy::thumbdn: I think my BK14 is gone forever.....

Flexxx, maybe it will be returned to you like one of these news articles about possessions being returned after like 50 years, completely mint. At that point you could sell it and retire. Or it might just show up in another couple of days. Either/or...

Hope your right about the (couple of days) part, its weird because I went to the post office and sent two seperate things at the same time and both have vanished, the epoxy and BK14 and neither have made it to there destination.
I went to the post office today and the lady said just give it time, whatever that means (Missing In Action) is what I get from that statement....
