To be completely blunt, I need cash for other projects in my life, and I no longer carry this knife. This is the result of an extensive project that I took on a few months ago. I just want to be completely upfront about two issues, and then I'll go into all the mods. The first is there is very slight bladeplay that can be heard in the video that I've attached. It's very very minor, and doesn't effect the functionality of the knife, but it's there. The other is there are two small cracks in the CF scale, also shown in the video. The first is up by the pivot, and the second is by the last screw. I have over $450 in this project (the result of not keeping track of my spending), and I'd like to just cut my losses at this point.
List of mods:
- Regrind by Christensen Knifeworks (Skinner regrind, also ground down the lockside to match the new bladelength)
- Cerakote work by Josh at Razor Edge Knives (black/blue/grey digicam on the lockside, black blade and liner)
- Sharpening Job by Josh at Razor Edge Knives
- Blackwood Carbon Fiber scale
- Blacked out Hinderer Clip by Gnoleb
There's probably some stuff that I'm missing, but that's the important stuff. This knife has a great action (check the vid), perfect centering, and solid 55% lockup. If I could keep it, I would, but I seriously need some cash.
I'm selling this at a serious loss, so please, no offers. Just to recap, in total, it comes with the knife, the original G10 scale (modified by the previous owner), and an acidwashed CK Knifeworks 0560 clip.
