TRADED on M4Carbine
I have an excellent condition Chris Reeve Green Beret 5.5" that I'd like to trade for a Strider SA-L, DB, DB-L or MT Mod 10. I'd prefer a DB or DB-L, but will consider all of the ones listed.
The Chris Reeve is in excellent condition. It was made in August of 2011, and I bought it in January. I have not used it hard in any way and the only thing I've done is clean up the edge with a ceramic rod. The finish looks great but you can see some very fine scratches but they don't scratch through the finish. Also, there's a little finish missing on a couple of the Micarta scales from the snap, I believe.
The sheath was green, but the Chris Reeve version has an elastic retaining strap with a snap, but the snap was ripping through. I contacted Spec-Ops and they sent me a new one in Multicam with their normal strap, which I much prefer to the Reeve version and is more durable.
This knife is not for sale, I'm just looking for a trade. This is also listed for trade on M4carbine.net. I will get some other pictures today in different lighting to show any marks on the blade/finish.
PM me if you are interested, my email is acting up again. Thanks.
