I just got this OHTA custom gunstock Jack single spear point blade (ATS-34) with Mammoth Ivory scales but it is a "catch and release" for me. Blade is 3 inches and overall length about 6.68 inches when opened and 3.68 inches closed. I am the second owner but there is absolutely NO evidence of any use. It is stunningly beautiful and the fit and finish is spectacular. The only reason I want to trade or sell it is because the blade pull is heavier than my old arthritic fingers and hands can handle easily. When the blade is deployed to the open position there is not the slightest hint of blade movement either vertically or laterally. I have had no other traditional folder with this degree of rigidity in the open position. The snap "walk and talk" of the blade opening and closing is incredible and the smoothness of the blade traveling the 180 degree ark to the open position is very smooth. It can be pinched open but the nail nick is certainly preferred. The blade shows no evidence of having cut anything and has a soft luster polish on the flats contrasting nicely with the high polished bolsters and rectangular shield. Also has a nicely executed and balanced swedge. The blade is perfectly centered in the handles when closed. Material transitions from mammoth ivory scales to liners to back spring are amazingly smooth and perfect.

I WOULD PREFER TO TRADE for a spear point single blade GEC TC Barlow in Ebony straight up. I will however SELL for $375 via PayPal and I will ship and pay for priority insured. I will NOT ship outside of the U.S. I reserve the right to sell to whomever I so want or choose. Please have at least 2 positive feedback ratings on BF. However, whomever says "I will TRADE or BUY it" first gets it with positive feedback and prompt payment via PayPal or shipment of traded folder.. Thanks for looking! gunmanok@aol.com
