Alright I'm just testing the waters here. I'm in no rush to get rid of this guy but I've been lusting after some other knives and want to see what I can get for this one.
This knife has been reground to a full flat grind by me. It's not entirely perfect (This knife was a PAIN to regrind) But I'll clean up the grindsbas much as I can before sending it out. It's just a bit cloudy in some areas. I have Rit Dyed the scale red as well as disabled the Rotoblock. It kept engaging when I'd open the knife which was extremely frustrating so I ground the little nib the blocks the lockbar off. It still works perfectly as a LBS but doesn't black the lockbar anymore.
This one has the tiniest amount of up/down play. I'm really picky about blade play in knives but this doesn't bother me at all. It opens extremely smoothly and sit perfectly centered when closed. I sharpened this knife on my EPA on the thimb studs got in the way of the stone so they have an area that's silver on each side. I have the box, tool with rounded pocket clip screw as well as another pocket clip.
Shown with rounded clip screw. I have the pointed one on it now and the rounded one on the tool.
I'm really wanting an Emerson but will listen to all reasonable offers. No multiples, plain edge only, no fixed blades or traditionals. CONUS only please.
