Kind of off topic, but do you see that much difference between the blade steels? I am looking to buy another XM, I prefer a 20cv, but have been reading on the Magnacut, and the s45vn. Thanks.

They are all great steels, and Hinderers are solid knives. Personally, the steel really doesn't matter to me.
