trading for a small insigno s30v tomorrow. How can i be sure it's real?

I just learned about two weeks ago how to post pictures on here but I have a iPhone and got the photobucket app and now it is super easy! I'm sure it is also possible to get the app on android, and windows. I don't have a windows or android anymore so not to sure.

That's legit man. Either that or it's something I've never seen before.

Take it apart and check out the pivot bushing while you're there. Just act like you are super excited (not hard to fake) and want to see the famous bushing. ;)
 
when you look at it, look inside thw scales. There should be a letter and number ie, b12=feb/2012
 
Thanks everyone. The letter number in the scales is one I hadn't heard yet. I'm leaving shortly to make the transaction hopefully. Wish me luck.:-)

You're in big trouble, you'd better cancel the credit cards and if you have a wife tell her to hide your checkbook. Nobody ever gets just one CRK. :D
 
So today went well. I met a very nice man and got 2 very nice knives. If this isn't real I would buy a fake anyday for $100 or whatever they are charging these days. Both knives are indeed brand new and never used. It seems hard to believe these small knives sell for $375 but I have to say I have never seen anything with such a high level of attention to detail of fit and Finnish. It is extraordinary! I can't find a single imperfection anywhere on this knife. I really am impressed. The Emerson is a very cool knife too but I did notice the blade is slightly off center and stiff. It seems weird that they use Phillips and flathead screws on a $180 knife but it does feel very solid and built like a tank. The grind is very cool but it looks like it will be a pain to sharpen. I will try to post some pics tonight.
 
Pm me. Lmk what you have. This is a nice knife in new condition but there's others I think I'd rather have. I want a zt 0560 in particular
 
I took some decent pics on my smart phone and read the q&a on the forum picture posting but I don't see any add album tab or any add picture tab in the customize profile section? Can anyone explain it to me or point me in the right direction please?
 
Thanks again suzu. I just created an photobucket acct and uploaded some pics to it. I can't figure out how to add more but I will. So next I have to figure out how to attach them here. Do you know if you can attach them with dropbox because I know how to use that and already have my phone set to autoupload them to that?
 
On the photo bucket app go to your album that you have created with all the pictures pic the picture you want to upload on here in the bottom right corner there should be a little circle with an "I" in it click on it and it should pull up a list of HTML links go to the very bottom one that says "img" and copy the link then come to the forums and post it and should pop right up when you submit the post
 
Is there a PB app how-to somewhere on the boards?

I would be lost without my cam/app combo. :)

As a side note, on my HTC android phone I go to my PB album, click the pic that I want to share then tap the button next to the phones "home" button (the one that brings up options) ,tap "view links" then tap the "IMG" link. Tapping the IMG link copies the link to the clipboard.

After that I long press in the body of a post and choose "paste" from the options that pop up.

I highly recommend the Tapatalk forum app in conjunction with Photobucket. The two together are excellent for posting pics and surfing the boards. There's a version for android and iphone. There's also the beta Tapatalk 4 but I'm not liking it so far.
