I am not sure where to ask this question, This is the best place I found to ask questions regarding this. I can not find the rules for trading knives in the exchange. i looked at the stickys in the exchange but I still didn't see much. I know it is open to all members. Is it all based all on words between the two traders? Thanks for any info...
