They call it a skinner.

Can not say enough good things about the all steel 2 blade 15’s... fit and finish is some of their best.

+1 on the all steel two blade 15's
I had a 4 inch 19 but because it was nickel plated I used it to help fund a python. Nice revolver though, if it had been blue I'd still have it. Sounds like a good weekend, hope you get the Smith sorted out.

That's funny, John! I worry about that sometimes, as it sounds like a common occurrence. As an ex-smoker I'm fidgeting all the time. Though I find things like komboloi and begleri more relaxing than sharp knives
