Can you give me some info about your Chiefs-inspired pocket slip? I’m a third generation fan. Grandmother and her brothers and sisters grew up in Lawrence. Became KC fans when they moved to KC in the 60s. My dad became a fan by osmosis and here I am, more die hard than any of them.

It was a gift from a guy trying to get into making their own slips.
Myself, I didn’t become a Chiefs fan until the Rams left St. Louis. That did coincide with when I advanced to Chief Petty Officer, so there is some symmetry there. That does explain why I have the “kingdom” on the slip instead of the normal “KC”. I don’t have any real ties to the city expect for a couple of friends being from there.
