Dozier (we are talking about Dozier Folding Hunter, right?) is good for it's very lightweight and also has a thick tip, which allows you to pick with no unfortunate aftermath. With all aforementioned, and a black blade coating, I'd say it is an ideal carry for jogging or other physical activities. From your point of view, what are the cons of Dozier?much better than the Ka-Bar Dozier, in my opinion
It’s just a matter of personal taste, really. I like the thin flat grind and the longer blade on the Kiana better. Also, the Dozier’s scales have a cheaper feel to them, and I have no need for the pocket clip. I tried removing the clip, but found I needed it to grip the knife with in order to operate the thumb stud (which I don’t really need or care for, either).Dozier (we are talking about Dozier Folding Hunter, right?) is good for it's very lightweight and also has a thick tip, which allows you to pick with no unfortunate aftermath. To be honest, I don’t remember exactly. It was on sale at the woodworking supply store near me. If I get a chance, I will dig around and find the last little bit I have - maybe it has the sticker on it.Thank you John!

Thank you for the info! I only heard about Gabon ebony and Macassar ebony till now. Turns out there are much more varieties. Love the ebony, it has a pleasant smell also.To be honest, I don’t remember exactly. It was on sale at the woodworking supply store near me. Also, I have a significant chunk of it left still. Time to dream up some new projects for this winter, I guess.
