If you are a clip person, I can see where that is a major improvement over the stock one.

The stock clip is actually very nice and more than adequate. But I do like DP Clips so wanted to try the Lynch and I’m really happy with the results

I prefer the Manix 2 over the PM 2 for two reasons... No Detent, it actually has spring tension keeping the blade closed... and even though it's a broader knife, it carries much smaller at the top of the pocket.
