Thanks! That's SteelClaw Belomor. SteelClaw is Russian knife company with production in China which brings, among their unique designs, some budget-friendly versions of famous knives or knife mechanisms. Belomor uses a closing system of some known and expensive knife, I just can't remember now which one.

On my pic on previous page, the Stiletto-ish knife is also from SteelClaw.
