  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Traditional and Modern pairings

Cloudy out there today. Had to brighten things up a bit :)

Nice G-Shock. I bought one when they first came out after seeing their commercial with a hockey player using one as a puck. Having broken many watches I knew I had to have one and still do. Though not the original. Funny my brother has one too and a Rolex and which he says has spent more time being repaired than being worn. Go figure. 🤷

found a Buck 840 at a pawn shop yesterday for a price I could not refuse
ball bearings make it an ultra smooth flipper

As I am a very habitual animal I do love my deep carry clips. That way my stuff is always where I expect it to be and I have easy access to the tool I need.
I tried to figure out how to EDC the Fox Nauta (without adding a pocket clip) and this morning I had an idea:

I will use my modern (albeit very much used) flashlight as an anchor for the lanyard on my Nauta :)

Works like a charm and I don't need to add a clip.
