It’s actually a rubber Talon grip so no doesn’t grate your hands or your cloths when concealed or shooting. I’ve been running them for years and love them. They change the whole feel of it in hand and once you grip it you never have that feeling of wanting re-grip.
Edit : I also have a new grip they have but haven’t installed it yet on my Gen 5 G19 because it has a factory type of stippling. Normally they offer Rubber or a really aggressive skate board type grip . But never got that one because I conceal a lot and I know it would be a shirt/skin eater lol. But I’ve got one that’s a rubber and rough texture combo. One of these days I might install it lol.
