Spyderco does some interesting designs. They certainly aren't afraid to be different. What model is that?
It's got a couple of quirks. The main blade nail nick is small and in a weird position. It's not hard to open but they could have done a better job. My main blade had a couple of very small flats that I had to remove. The finger notch for the awl is in the wrong spot. It doesn't line up with the nail nick. They could have done better with the awl. It's not sharp or pointy. They should have taken lessons from Victorinox on that. Otherwise it is very nice and attractive. I got mine shipped for just under $100. WatchHow do you like that Fox stag scout type knife? I've been looking at them lately.
