The Native style in Warthog was by Willie Paulsen. Both damasteel, yes.

Willie was a lovely man, a real lion too - he had great spirit and fought to keep making even after double amputation. He was part of the Port Elizabeth group of makers - of which still many excellent incl Thys Meades and his amazing slippies.

He made all sorts, from traditional classics to more modern - here's an example of some I have...
