That squire is kick ass. Traditional all the way in my book.Buck 501 Squire with S30V blade and buckeye burlwood covers, paired with a Pioneer X. I don't know if either is fully traditional, but together they make a pretty good semi-traditional pairing.

I love that knife. I have another Squire on order with Magnacut blade and elk horn covers. I don't know if it can replace this one in my heart, but maybe I can find a place for both of them.That squire is kick ass. Traditional all the way in my book.
Even though lockbacks have been around for hundreds of years, I have a hard time calling them "traditional."
