When you post the "mountain man" I think that is a solid knife. Looks like it has many uses
Its a great pattern...... Been fighting the urge to grab the magnacut OD green canvas version with the bravo handle they did last year or so...

To me it loses the rustic, old school look. I understand that disease as wellDefinitely loses its slim , svelte appearance with the Bravo handle....

Thank you, Gary. I always enjoy your posts. Carter Cutlery Knives are fantastic, perform great and conform exceptionally well in hand. The Muteki is made by Taylor Shields. Below is a Carter Perfect Neck Knife model (designated a second by him because he considered the grain of the ironwood to be second-rate; I can see that, but alright with me for such a nice knife). Both came with kydex, but fit well into a Bradford sheath I have.
