Traditional and Modern pairings

Pulled these out last night and after snapping the pic, noticed the horn on the bottom one has a several small splits in it. 😭 Only thing I can think is it was inferior or not fully dried when made. Only seen splitting on a couple other handles that were already there when I received them but they had the same qualities as this one.

Oh well, I guess that means I should use it!

You might try filling the splits with gel type superglue, it might ke the cracks from spreading further and make them less visible.

I have never seen one like the upper knife. Liner lock and synthetic handle on an older design but it looks very good on that pattern.

That's a great idea! I have an upcoming project where I'll be mixing up some G-Flex epoxy....

I'm a big fan of the Pattada. Lots of great history with the pattern
