It's a Navette by Artisan Coutelier. You can pick your covers, finish, liners and optional file work when having it made to order. Very nice. (Not as tightly made as a GEC) but beautiful! Very smooth walk and talk in its own right. (White liners and buffalo horn tip here) not a file pattern guy. Thanks!

Very nice, that was my guess but I couldn't clearly read the tang stamp. How long did they take to finish the knife and then ship it from france?
 
I guess you could call the Boker a more modern knife :)
