Welcome to the forums!!

That is a nice looking axe. Traditional construction produces a fine cutting implement. Miles ahead of the hardware store stuff.

i love it.

especially the Trailing Handle - that has a lot of physics advantages.

now i need to visit Spain.

Yeah it's pretty cool. I was thinking they did that to give the axe a better balance without having to put extra metal on the back of the head.

Could we get dimensions on it? Length, weight, etc.

This ax was used for competition of aizkolaris, weighs 1.915 kg,
As stainless steel: 16 width ax
12 cm edge MMed
1.5 cm thick ax
total length with handle competition, there will be 68 cm wooden

Translation... :) Dang Metric system.

As a heads up I've been in the process for some months now trying to open up distribution for those axes. Probably still going to be a while before they're available, there will eventually be a US source for them. :)

I recently inquired on an axe-oriented facebook group and there was a gentleman there who said that either he or an associate of his had something in the works as well.
