By chance is there an emboss (ie stamp), on these current products, that resembles a raised cross within a circle?
Sharks (yer 'Jaws' kind) still swim around in the ocean virtually unchanged over the past 1/4 billion years because natural selection evolution engineering of the time suited them perfectly and need for improvement never did materialize once the design was perfected.
Perhaps so too for Basque metal craftsmen over the past 500 years.
