No new ones, but this Craftsman 95074 is carbon as is the Moore Maker 5160LLB.

Then there's the discontinued Coghlan's Opinels.Love that handle with the yagatan blade profile.

Different sizes with different purposes but both are carbon steel, lockbacks, and I like them.

Here is the clip point versions of the #83 (smaller) and #72 (bigger). Both carbon blades. I enjoy them both but am partial to the #72 personally. Can’t go wrong either way.

Mercator black cat knife made by Otter Messer in Solingen Germany. Excellent lock back, very old pattern, 56-58 Rc, takes a razor edge, simple reliable design, all steel for durability, less than $30 unless you get a brass or copper handled version.
