This thread is for the modestly sized fixed blades we use or intend for EDC regardless of what they were originally designed for.

I have a good handful of small hunters and B&T's, I could post them in those threads but I'm not using them for hunting so I decided to start a dedicated thread.

Not sure if this counts, since they are not on my belt.
However, this Mora Number 1, and Cold Steel Finn Bear have been in my "Euro Style" rollator's tote/shopping bag for about three consecutive months now. (in their appropriate sheaths, of course)

OK. Now you’re speaking my language!

Here are my four EDC fixed blades, with a GEC 29 thrown in for size comparison:

Left most is the Fiddleback Forge (FF) Monarch (3.5” blade; 7.5” OAL). Not easy to conceal, but my favorite EDC user. Typically, my cold weather at home carry.

Just left of center is the FF EDK (2.5” blade, 6.5” OAL). It’s a really nice carver/paring knife, though rarely carried.

Center - FF Esquire (2.75” blade; 6.5” OAL). I love this knife. Easy to conceal, about as useful as a 6.5” knife can be. My go to in warmer weather.

Right of center - GEC 29

Right - FF Runt (2” blade; 5.25” OAL). I carry this one a lot when I’m off the property. Perfect 3 finger knife with a small lanyard. Totally non threatening.

I love this thread! I've got more small fixed blade knives than I'd need in 20 lifetimes.
I'll chip away at posting my accumulation in this thread.

I'll start off with two of my latest additions, which I've been posting, the Solingen made Boker Nessmi and the Boker Plus Nessmi Pro, made in China I believe.

The Nessmi is 5 3/4" of CPM-S30V and micarta. It came with a decent leather sheath. I've been carrying it in a large pocket sheath from Collector Knives, and it's a treat to carry and use. I think it was made in 2014 or so.

The Nessmi Pro is a newer version and is 6 1/4" of D2 with a coarser micarta and includes the lighter colored leather sheath. I'd recommend either of these knives. Really great grip on both with a very utilitarian blade.

Some recent pics;

Pile side, with an aftermarket sheath that makes them a joy to carry and actually works well with either knife.

I'll be back with more!

Here's another Boker Solingen made. The Boker-Vox Mini Pry 1674 model. This one is just so darn pretty I'm not sure I'll use it much. It came with a horizontal belt sheath I thought I'd like but it's just too big for a less than 6" knife. It's mirror polished N690 with Amboina Burl scales. I'm trying to find a pocket sheath for it.
