Canal Street used 440C and 14-4CrMo, but they're no more.
Case uses 154CM (ATS-34 in earlier years) in their yearly Tony Bose limited editions. These are not cheap.
Throughout the years A.G. Russell has used 154CM, ATS-34, VG-10, and other decent-to-excellent steels in their traditional folders.
    Moki uses AUS-8 and VG-10.
