Traditional French Fry day

Hard to follow that up but here is a very utilitarian, modern interpretation of French traditional knives. This is slim, solid and really useful.


Although I enjoy French watches, this one is not. Maybe next week!

Hi,
I open a thread about this talented knife-maker even if he's not a pro.
As it's done in Thiers he works with industrial parts but his level of finishes put him in the top of the pro.
I've already showed some of his knives .

I somehow feel more comfortable when Filework is done on the liners, but not on the spring, which is a working part!!!
That's just me!! I've had two springs snap in 60 years or so, so the risks are small, but there!!

Apparently this Brand no longer exists!! Nice inexpensive knives; too bad!! A little nicer than the ubiquitous Opinel; not knocking the Opie!!
