Traditional Give Away Pair - winner selected post 115

Very generous. I usually carry a tinker every day and when I carry a fixed blade, it' s a North Star companion.
My birthday is also the 22nd.

I'm in! Thanks for the opportunity! My favorite duo right now is the Bark River Elmax Bravo EDC (green canvas micarta) and the #25 pictured below!

Happy Birthday and thanks for the GAW. I'm in. I usually only carry a SAK as my EDC because it's small and convenient. But my favorites are GEC TC Barlows in the 15 and 77 patterns because I like the way they look.

I'm in! Thanks! My fixed blade is usually a Emerson Karambit & my traditional is usually 2 slipjoints. One is a Buck 303 & a Hoot Gibson large stag single blade.

I'm in, thank you for the chance.
My normal EDC is a scout knife (SAK "Recruit" or Ulster BSA, or Marbles Army Utility) a stockman, a canoe, and a Buck 110 or Schrade 7OT.
I like a choice of blade shapes/profiles.

I am in, thank you for the generous giveaway! I enjoy carrying my izula as a fixed blade (not pictured since it isn't traditional) and the current Bladeforums knife.

What a great opportunity. I'm in.

Job changes have affected my EDC, I am currently on an Alox kick, and my fave is the Castaway Pattern in Orange Alox.

Fantastic GAW. Thank you I am in. I'm not really a fixed blade person but, that great looking BRK may change that. My favorite traditional right now is the GEC 77 pattern.

I'm in. I also carry two knives: SAK Victorinox Spartan and single blade lockback Schrade. When I need a fixed blade, it is usually a Tramontina machete. For a belt knife, I would use a #2 Mora.

Not an entry, just my expression of gratitude for your generosity in our midst.

Thank you!

My own oft-carried pairing, an LT Wright Patriot and Lick Creek Farmer's Jack:

I'm in.

My favorite fixed blade is the Loveless pattern drop point hunter, this one by W C Davis. I've carried it a lot more than I've used it. To me it's a great pattern for just about anything you need to do outdoors. For a folder the 2013 Forum knife was perfect. I carry one almost every day. It has the two best used blades for folder (for me).

Last minute entry. Today is your Birthday, Happy Birthday to you!......Beatles

My fixed blades are limited to an awesome Charlie Mike copper punch dagger, but I have lots of vintage folder/light pairings.

Thanks to everyone for participating, and for the kind birthday wishes. Also thank you for sharing your carries and the fine photos! I selected the winner by putting everyone's user name in the order they posted (for everyone who wanted to participate), and then generated a random number with an Excel formula. And the winner is:

black mamba! Jeff send me your shipping info and I will send them to you this Saturday. Thanks again everyone for playing!

Jeff congratulations! You've really won something there!
Happy Birthday Tom and Merry Christmas to all!
