I don't know about he big draw of the Ruck over the Rucki (excep when it's in INFI), but there is a reason why it might be next in Operation Two Weeks. In particular, the Ruck has an established link with St. Partick's Day. I refer you to the 2010 ShamRuckO'Ganzaaaa. Plus, the Ruck goes with the AK, and the AK 's have already been offered.

That's a good point - I came across that Ganzaaa when I was searching for images of the Ruck...and my awake too long (30 hrs, at the time of that post) mind didn't make the connection.
