If I'm remembering correctly, Yes it is. Christine was still working for GEC and she gave it to me @ the okca show. Not sure what year, anyway the button maker was screwing around and made 3 of these. It is obviously a reference to the lambsfoot with the caption that Charlie's over the moon!
