Traditional knife manufacturers list

Almost forgot. BTI Schrade has some (but not all) Schrade and Old Timer models made in the USA. I don't know who makes them for BTI.

There are hundreds others that many Americans are not aware of, as they are not very common in the US.
Several makers in France (Laguiole style and others), Italy, Japan, UK, Spain Germany (Boker), Switzerland (Victorinox) and so on

Try doing searches like "french/Italian...../ ... traditional knife maker to get some names

GEC did make some Tuna Valley, but to my knowledge those are now made by the Daniels Family Knife Brand, who also makes the Napanoch and Titusville knives.

I was looking up Moore Maker a while back and kept seeing they make the tools but not the knives. But I will add their name with a ? after Bear and Son for now.

Moore Maker has never manufactured their own knives. Over the years Moore Maker knives have been made by Queen, Camillus, Bear & Sons, Canal Street, Utica, and Case. That may not be the complete list, those are just the ones I know. I know that Case currently makes Moore Maker, possibly Bear also.
