Traditional Knife of the Week--The Sunfish

Some folks refer to the unequal end as a sleeveboard Sunfish. Which is what it really is, I guess. Case makes what they call a modified Sunfish which to me is a Jumbo Sleeveboard. Thanks for the compliment on the pics guys. The size of the Sunfish requires large pieces of scale material. Pearl,for one example, is somewhat difficult to use because of this. Finding pieces of pearl that will cover this large of an area is a challange I am sure. The attachment is a Sunfish with "Tiger Coral" scales.

Can't talk too much about Sunfish without the name of Don "The Sunfish Man" Hanson III poppin' up. This is one of his more modest pieces.
